Maruti Suzuki has awaken with a stylish and impeccably awesome sedan; The all new Maruti Ciaz. Ciaz is definitely the successor of Maruti SX4 but with a lot of new features and a little power boosted engine. Introducing first in class projector headlamps, refined and tuned engine.

Technical Specifications

Maruti Ciaz will feature 1.3 litre Multijet diesel and 1.4 litre K Series petrol engine (K14B). The 1.4 litre K series petrol engine is capable of producing 95 PS power at 6,000 rpm and 130 Nm peak torque at 4,000 rpm on the other hand 1.3 litre DDIS diesel motor is tuned to churn out 90 PS at 4,000 rpm power and 200 Nm peak torque at 1,750 rpm.

Yes, the power output is pretty downside as the rivals Skoda Rapid, VW Vento, Fiat Linea and Hyundai Verna sport much more refined and powerful engines, but Maruti have an answer for that, for Indian's fuel economy do matter and Ciaz with a good power range offers best in class fuel efficiency also. Price

The pricing details of Ciaz are not officially out yet, however we got a leaked out information about price and that will be what, Maruti will price its new sedan in the ₹7.2 lakh - ₹10.5 lakh for petrol variants and ₹9.2 lakh - ₹12.6 lakh for diesel variants.
